I would not call AI random target switching.
Anyway it ruined solo roaming, you should try now to tackle something in a belt and see the NPC ally
with the ratter, even if he was the one shooting them, how is that AI ? Even a kid can come
up with a better logic if you ask it, i would expect better from people beeing payed to work on such a project.

100% of the time i went in a belt and tackled something, all the npcs switched instantly. I did adapt, but i do not
enjoy another change that promotes blobs and cripples the small gang. I know pilots that like to
solo roam with frigates and bombers, i doubt they will be able to have fun with this.

I am only complaining about affecting solo PVP. Try to kill a transport ship with a sabre on a gate,
launch a bubble and agress it, while 3 BS shoot your sabre, see how well it goes.
The same is with belt fights, the change as you said only advantages big alliance , their ratters are safe, their members
travelling trough gates are safe, the NPC police now gives support to them. And their plexes are safe to the solo
ninja plexer as the guy above explained it.

I just tried a lv 4 mission against serpentis, 120 seconds lock time on a frigate
i can go have breakfast and come back maybe ? Take a break, strech my legs ?
Edit: i got dampened and lost lock, time for another short break and forum post |
